YES, PLZ! It's like a shippy playground of my favorite sort. I really and actually believe Amy could enjoy the kind of relationship a companion can have with the Doctor with added sexings and walk away when it's time. The idea that I can get that without it either devolving into MY LIFE IS NOTHING WITHOUT HIM or watching her get ripped to shreds for it...I COULD CRY.

And the relationship with River is all gloriously snarky and with a MYSTERIOUS PAST(FUTURE) and just so much fun. And there's no jealous sniping, and lots of bonding and intriguely flirty glances with River and Amy. And if they handle Rory this well next week (I will admit in a quiet voice that I am feeling slightly more apprehensive about this...more ways for it to go horribly wrong) I. Will. Explode.


And that ain't even starting on the whole PARADIGM SHIFTING PLOT WHOOZIT CRACK OF AWESOME and all the little mysterious 'what could that meeeeeeeeeeeeeean' stuff going on. What a wild ride. *flails about*
