I went and listened to Imitosis right after this vid, just to refresh the lyrics in my mind. I think it does work as sort of a 'know this song and know what the Doctor is subconsciously thinking that you don't hear as text in the song.'

And Andrew Bird is totally awesome like that. I have several of his songs in multiple versions, and there are almost no artists I do that for, I don't even like covers.

I think you totally could make an awesome vid out of NARBAG, but it'd either take some judicious editing of the song, or just be That Awesome. Which is, again, totally doable, but probably for more of a season arc or something, not just a single ep.
