Yeah, compared to Russell, Fairplay is like a little bug you can just squash. I still hate the sight of him, though.

I'm sure Probst and Burnett could easily do it, but, see, *I* don't want Russell to have one thin dime, let alone a million bucks. Fuck him, the fucking fuck. I may be wrong -- Probst may have more input on casting than I think -- but I blame Burnett for this crap, because based on what I've read, he's a big old egotist and control freak.
