Stupid weather. I was supposed to be on a plane this morning to DC, except my flight was cancelled. And then the next one I was booked on got cancelled. I'm now pushed back to 8 pm, and looking out my window I'm having serious doubts about that one as well. This is making my cranky since I really want to be there before my son's birthday tomorrow, so I could do dorky mom stuff like sing off-key at him over breakfast and stuff, not sitting in an aiport. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
It seems a bunch of new Who related stuff has started floating around this weekend while I've been off playing with friends, and I think I'm choosing at this point not to follow any of it too closely. Saw the new trailer, went SQUEE a bunch, and then SQUEE some more...but I'm going to keep it at that level. Torchwood has made an excellent distraction, and distractions are good. Vidding will make an even better distraction when I get back, since I have something like four open projects at this point, including the Sweet Charity vid for
boniblithe (WHO IS EVIL) that I want to make sure is done as soon as possible so I come in well within the deadline. If I can get all of them finished it will be four vids towards my goal of six vids minimum this year and that would be awesome. Still have no clue what I'm doing for Premieres yet, except that I'm pretty sure I don't want it to be Who related this time out. As much fun as I'm having splashing around in that pool, I don't want to end up forgetting how to work with other source because I'm so used to how this source looks and behaves.
Could this post get any more boring? I fear it could not. My brain is not completely with me. I'll go back to obsessing over my cancelled flights now. *smooches to you all*
