Can I just say that DAVID TENNANT IS TRYING TO KILL ME DEAD. I may have stopped breathing long enough to require CPR. Physics and David Tennant? David Tennant talking about how science is the best of us in the face of humans being war mongering dickweeds (paraphrased)? Excuse, me I need to go FALL OVER DEAD AGAIN. You know, if he wants me to ever stop being desperately in crush with him, he really needs to stop doing this to me. Picking out his wardrobe just for me, making movies just for me...I'm starting to think maybe he is actually the one stalking me.

When I woke up this morning, I was all prepared to be in another state of crankypants panic for the day. Then I checked my f'list and magicallaw posted this picture of David Tennant and I find it impossible not to be happy.

You guys, somewhere in the world, right now, David Tennant exists and he's almost certainly doing or saying something adorable or geeky or more likely both. RIGHT NOW. That this is true is proof that the world doesn't entirely suck.

And greensilver would like to add this for a bit of scruff admiration. And clearly this needs to be reposted on account of some of you missed the green velvet and rooster hair of JOY.

And in conclusion, if someone has an explanation for This bit of WTF, David, WTF? It would be most greatly appreciated.

Torchwood trailer! Between that and the Voyage of the Damned trailers and pictures it's almost like...um...Christmas. I find myself more excited about Torchwood than I thought I would be. I enjoy it, but it's never been my show in the same way Who is, however, that trailer had me doing massive glee bouncies. I think maybe in part because I'm not as invested, so I'm just flat out looking forward to the ride and not even remotely worried it will break my heart. And I could use that right now. Also, Martha! Just one question though...does referencing things in the trailer count as spoilers? ( cutting just in case, but nothing beyond the trailer mentioned )

Huh, I have no Torchwood icons. I shall have to fix that soon it seems.

ETA: This? This is why my love for David Tennant overwhelms me Y'all, he put that jacket on himself, on purpose. How many velvet horrors are we up to now? Like jonquil I want to know, does he have a special store he goes to just to get them? What is the thought process here? I really want to know. And why have none of his friends pulled him aside and gently said "Now, David, about that velvet fetish you seem to have..." *cuddles and cuddles and cuddles him so much*

ETA 2: And THIS. *falls over dead from Tennant*. It's...it's...okay, so not only do we have another 'Why, David, no...seriously, what were you thinking?' fashion choice that is utterly adorable in it's wrongness...he is SURROUNDED BY CHILDREN. I may just explode from love right now.

You know who vagabondage loves best? ME. Because OMG she made me a Takin' Over the Asylum vid. It is MY VID THAT SHE MADE FOR ME. You know how you know it's for me? My name is right there in the title card. Where it says "For Eunice". That would be me. Eunice. Who this vid was made for.

If you aren't aware of what Takin' Over the Asylum is, it's a 1994 miniseries that aired in the UK about a failed amateur DJ who ends up running a radio station in a mental institution. It's actually a really good series that has a boatload of fantastic actors and I would love it anyway. But the real point is? WEE BABY DAVID TENNANT WITH FLOPPY HAIR OMG. Who plays a 19 year old manic depressive mental patient. WITH FLOPPY HAIR OMG. Did I mention the floppy hair? BECAUSE FLOPPY HAIR OMG. And Zen put lots and lots of floppy hair in the vid. Because she made it for me. Because she loves me best.

And you should go watch it and hug her and tell her how wonderful she is because now you TOO can have floppy haired wee baby David Tennant set to music. And the other loonies, of course.

Now if you will excuse me I need to go squee myself unconscious. SQUEE!

I blame taraljc. What do I blame her for? See, I don't fangirl actors. I just don't. I have a pretty firm rule against it actually. And then she goes and shows pipsqueaky and me David Tennant on the West Wing quiz show thingie in which he is so adorable I may have squealed at pitches only heard by dogs. Dude, I already thought the tenth doctor was the most adorable thing in the land of adorableness. Now I wish to kidnap Tennant and lock him in a cage and make him be adorable at me on command. I am bittorrenting and scouring YouTube and it is *sad* yet every new thing makes me want to squish him into a thousand tiny pieces even MORE. Because ADORABLE.

And then? THEN Tara has to actually have more for me to watch when I went over there yesterday. So I have now seen Blackpool and The Quartermass Experiment and when I got home I watched Casanova. And I have Takin' Over The Asylum sitting on my hard drive waiting. I am worried about that one on account of he is practically an infant in it and I fear the adorable potential of a wee baby David Tennant might put me in a COMA.

It ain't right I tell you.
