More cute kid stuff, this time the perils of having an extremely bright 8 year old nephew. We finished watching Eleventy this week. 8 year old nephew just approached me with a puzzled expression and something that has been bothering him.

I shall quote: 'But, it said all the suns went supernova...that couldn't happen because Earth's sun wouldn't ever go supernova, it would turn into a red giant. It's not big enough to go supernova.'

*facepalm*

Maybe I should cut off the Discovery channel? Or, y'know, have the 'it is television, they make stuff up' conversation. Which is what I did.
