Okay. So, five minutes ago I officially caught up and have now seen all of season 3 Fringe. My reaction to which can be summed up in exactly one word.

I didn't feel like it was so much fridging as the icing on the cake of 'There's no way this future does not suck ass'. Except that Ella is still beautiful and adorable. Peter seemed already motivated to do whatever it took to save the universe, before her death.

I guess YMMV on what fridging means? Which is totally valid.
