Just hit play on the new episode of Survivor and paused a few minutes in to say
WHAT THE FUCK, SURVIVOR? This bringing back old contestants shit is old. It was old the first time. It was really old when you brought back fucking Russel and I couldn't watch at all. Twice. BUT WHY? This shit is ridiculous. I mean, as annoying as I find Coach he's not unwatchable to me like Russel was...and I like Ozzy. But it just...half the fun of Survivor is watching new groups form dynamics and how that plays out. The mad scramble to figure everyone else out (and to keep from getting figured out) before you lose the mad game of musical chairs. And I am sick of this known quantity, reality tv celebrity bullshit fucking with my show.
I'm gonna keep watching the rest of this episode. I've set a recording for the series. But I cannot tell you just how close I am to giving up on the series all together. Somebody better faceplant into mud during the challenge for my amusement or something. I feel I've earned it.
