Hello from my hospital bed! Iam a little bit high. I no longer have my thyroid, but I also can be pretty sure I didn't have cancer in it either. The initial pathology looked clear. Won't be definitive until the final pathology report comes back, but I'll take it.
I am sore, but not in too much pain (the vicodin helps). Moving around just fine, was able to get in jammies and go to the bathroom and whatnot with very little trouble. And then they gave me a pudding cup. Is all very relaxed and while not fun is not even remotely close to that other thing that other time. The last panic moment of the day was actually the being wheeled down the hallway into surgery and having to climb on the jesus table. That was the last even remotely similar thing.
Still hate hospitals and hospital rooms and hospital beds, though. I will probably start my Haven rewatch as soon as I figure out if I want another nap. All signs point to nap at the moment. But expect the deluge of 'I am BORED and Nathan has a FACE' post later. :)

I'm glad things are going well (...under the circumstances -- you know what I mean) and that you have Haven and Nathan's face to help offset the inevitable hospital-induced boredom. I expect multiple loopy posts on this topic. *nods*
In conclusion, HUGS.
