Oh, wow. This is bloody perfect. (Terrifying, uplifting, devastating, and precise and often all at once; everything a horror vid ought to be, IMHO.)

Damn. I want to be able to see this on a huge screen in a dark room, even if it's pretty much a given that doing so would make my chronic insomnia worse.

SO. AWESOME! =D I <3 this, I'm so glad it's done and I can look at it any time I want now. Except not alone in the dark!

I want to watch it but I am too scared to. I could never watch horror movies in my teens so now I don't know if it'll freak me out or not.

I would like to propose marriage. Or, at the very least, declare my neverending love for you. (I haven't done that in a few months, right?)

Seriously, this was awesome. ♥

How about we just call him a gift and be done with it? ♥

This is like the flip side to your Eleventy Walking on Sunshine vid (which I loved and never said so). What you don’t wish for, what you ask Santa never to send. The timing on the Elm Street sign reveal is shocking just when it started to feel safe and then the pictures and the ending with the shadow still always there. But I love the bridge best for showing me that least for a moment (and the moment that matters) not only monsters can be legend.

I can't tell you how much I love this. I love the meta aspect of Freddy as the rock star and Heather watching the movies, especially the bit with Tina in the body bag. (That's still the scariest thing I've ever seen on film.)

And oh wow, the "puppet on a string" line where Nancy, Alice, and the others find their weapons. YAY FOREVER.

That last shot of Freddy's shadow in the alley--absolutely perfect.

The Nightmare On Elm Street vid is amazing! I love how smooth your edits are, and the way you focus on Nancy. She's always been my favourite charcter from that franchise. (Though I really liked Kris in the remake)

The reboot is...not great. Not horriblem but it's a missed oppertunity, I'd say. Doesn't really bring anything worthy to the whole franchise and could have been a lot more than what it was but it seemed like they were afraid of pushing the boundaries. Katie Cassidy as Kris was one of the better things about it, though.

The originals are awesome. Some aren't, so much, but for me parts 1 and 3 especially are amazing horror movies that still stand up very, very well. And there are still some fascinating ideas in the rest of the franchise that I would have loved to see expanded upon.

This is so awesome!!! I recently had big Nightmare on Elm Street love revival feeling thingy (Is this proper English? I don't care, I'm too thrilled right now!) and this came at a perfect time AND it rocks!!!
Thank you!!!

This is a great vid. It inspired me to finally open a DW account. :)
