Elevation (Iron Man) by Andraste: Rock on. Slick, fast-paced, actiony goodness motion delight. Seriously enjoyable.
Stars (Dexter) by Keely: Awww, Dexter is such a good boyfriend. Wait..what? This is so disturbing omg. More so than if there had been acknowledgement of the whole, y'know, serial killer thing before that single drop of blood at the end. The vid puts you completely in Rita's experience, and yet you know what she doesn't (I'm not sure how this would work for someone who doesn't watch the show), so what's not being said and shown becomes overwhelming in it's absence. I kept waiting for the reveal earlier the first time I watched it, I find second time through that I appreciate that choice a lot. CREEPY.
Stricken (Buffy) by beerbad: The song choice kind of threw me off here, which made it hard for me to watch. For me, it doesn't sound like BtVS looks, which was distracting.
Legion (Supernatural) by The Shimmertwins: I absolutely love the way the song is mashed up here, with that uber creepy version right underneath and taking over as it goes, and yeah, they do have Sam exactly where they want him now and oh my god he is so very fucked. And I might need a night light to sleep now.
This Is The Place (Burn Notice) by Lithium Doll: Oh, I really liked this a LOT. Pretty much everything about it hits me in the right place, and damn do I ever need to catch up on Burn Notice now. I've been procrastinating but this vid is going to have me back to marathoning sooooon. Awesome.
This Place Is Trying To Change Us (Angel) by Stacia Yeapanis: I like the idea, and there were parts I really enjoyed, but the pacing dragged a bit for me.
Welcome To The Real World (Life On Mars) by jagwriter78: I am not prone to seizures, but the vision problems I am having made it sort of physicially impossible for me to watch this vid all the way through. I'm making note to come back to it in a few months when (knock wood) my eyes clear up, 'cause what I did see looked interesting.
Oh My God (Better Than Chocolate) by butterfly: Oh my god, indeed. *pauses to take cold shower* How have I not seen this movie yet? I keep meaning to. HOT.
Beast of Burden (Merlin) by sweetestdrain: I have this shirt that I brought to VVC that has a graphic of a bunny fucking a duck on it and underneath it says 'WRONG'. This is the vid equivalent of that shirt, and I LOVE IT LIKE PIE. I'm traumitized for life, mind you, but it was worth it. Merlin, you slut. *falls over laughing and doesn't get up*
Bachelorette (Buffy) by obessessive24: Ooooooooooh. I hate my stupid eyes, 'cause I had some trouble with the stroby bits again, and had to miss bits of the vid. But this is brilliantly structured, and really hit me hard.
Unforgiveable? (Harry Potter) by Keely: The vid itself is well done as far as I could watch, but I couldn't deal with the singers voice (totally my issue), and had to stop.
