(no subject)

In anticipation of the end of radiation (and with it the end of active treatment) I'm doing a few things. And a poll.

1. I have begun the process of downloading and watching all the shows I am behind on. Hopefully I will be all caught up this week which will give me stuff to talk about, and the ability to click on cut-tags on my f'list. Actually catching up on and getting back into the habit of reading LJ regularly also on the list.

2. I signed up for festivids. In addition to just being fun, I'm hoping it will kickstart my vid mojo. Also, I have been jealous for years of Yultide and now I don't have to be! Have you signed up yet dear vidder friends? The more of us the better, and the more likely the Jo/Blair Facts of Life vid that should exist in this universe gets made. Or, y'know, whatever small fandom vid that floats your boat, though I am secretly judging you if Jo/Blair is not on the list.

3. It is time to start thinking for real about the Fuck Cancer Guitar/DJ Hero party that I wish to throw in celebration of being done. This last nine months have kicked the shit out of me and I need a bit of exhale time before this happens, so I'm thinking early December. Which brings us to the poll,
