No word yet. Taking that as a good sign since if something is wrong it's usually flagged for immediate attention, and the fact that my onc hasn't got around to it yet is generally a sign that there is no sense of urgency from anyone. I still wanna know for sure, though.

For distraction I am throwing bandwidth caution to the wind and watching the Game of Thrones tv series (bookwise, I am about 3/4 of the way through the 4th book). I am mostly delighted with this adaptation, and knowing where things are going isn't affecting that at all. I love seeing it all, and dang the show is gorgeous. I expect about a billionty vids. Do not disappoint me fandom. Eventually I am pretty certain of making an Arya Stark vid, but probably not this season since I will need footage that hasn't happened yet.

ANYWAY, one of the prime reasons I wanted to see it has just happened for me and ( spoilers for GoT ep 1x06, A Golden Crown only )

I have bursitis! Bursitis motherfucking RULES. Later I will have to figure out what to do about it since the cortisone shot wasn't fully effective. Right now I want to kiss the inflamed little fucker. And, I knew this. My GP said it was. My oncologist said it probably was. I feel like a total dumbass for giving in to the freakout the last few days, but I couldn't actually believe it until the report came back.
