I had an opening in the Creepy Cool Police Procedural slot in my fannish viewing and lemme tell you. One episode in and Luther is filling it admirably. There will be marathoning the rest today, oh yes there will be.

I have also been playing a ton of Sim City, though I may stop now because I can't figure out how to make a decent city. The only time I can get a city to not fail is if I turn it into a pollution heavy slum with almost no social services. And then I just feel guilty and start throwing libraries and free clinics and rezoning industry until the whole city is broke and I get kicked out of office. There has to be some way to manage growth properly, but damned if I can figure it out.

I'm not talking to anyone much right now 'cause pretty much every conversation I'd have would descend into self pitying melodrama about the wait for test results. Am on pause in terms of social interaction until then.

I had started acquiring Luther to watch it,but like many similar things it hasn't gotten watched (not a measure of how awesome or not awesome I think a show will be, just me). Now it will be on BBC America in two weeks so I'll just plan on watching it then.

If you have it downloaded you should watch it that way and not on BBCA. I suspect some of the bits will have to be cut for BBCA and I fear that will take away from it. :)

Are you finished yet? How are you? Did it not just get creepier and creepier? I want more but I can't imagine where they can go from there!
