That is some great stuff there. Gorgeous photography, and I love the way the personalities come through -- all the accessories and attitudes. I hope it goes viral so all the pink ribbon people can see what's real.
I think what I find most striking about them is how...*flails about*...not hidden they are, and I'm not (just) talking about the topless aspect. I'm not sure that makes any sense. I could do without the photographer's cheesy description of empowerment, but I can see...I dunno, almost a dare in common on every one of those photos from the women in them even across the broad range of emotions. This is me. I am here. I am real, I am human, and I will not pretend for you. Dare you not to look away.
Oh, wow. WOW. That is AMAZING. I love the sheer RANGE -- of bodies, scars, attitudes. These are not experiences that can be reduced or homogenized to pink-ribbon blandness.
