Today's culinary lesson that Eunice has learned: Hummus is both ridonkulously easy to make and cheap as hell when you make it yourself. I find myself kind of shocked. A tiny little tub of the stuff is like, five bucks pre-made. I can make the same amount for under a dollar myself. And it takes, like, two minutes. Seriously.
Whoever is selling those pre-made hummus things has one hell of a scam going. I sure enough know I won't ever buy it from the store again.
