Warnings question...what I've been doing is not putting anything on vids which I am reasonably certain don't contain warnable content and 'choose not to warn' on those that I'm reasonably certain do in LJ/Dreamwidth announcements and 'choose not to warn' on all vids posted in formal settings that have public warnings systems in place (AO3, Festivids).
Now I'm wondering if I shouldn't do the blanket 'choose not to warn' on lj/dreamwidth announcements as well. I go back and forth on this, because to me CNTW indicates the possibility of Bad Things in a vid and...like, I do not want to give that impression about cartoon dragons or MY BOYFRIEND doing ridiculous things and shit. But on the other hand, warnings in vids also encompass cutting style and possible related seizure/migraine triggers as well. For which I have the same anxiety induced problems identifying as content triggers.
I suppose the other possibility is to make some kind of sticky post of 'does not warn on any vids for either content or physical triggers' and just put a standard link to that on all vids posted on journal? What do y'all think?
ETA: have made sticky warnings policy which will be linked to in all vid entries going forward, and which I will gradually add to back vid posts over time. Will probably add extra 'choose not to warn' on potentially dodgy vids, but I'm not really reliable about this stuff so at the very least the policy link will just be included standard.
