I'm a little bit slow. Because, although the potential femslash occured to me, what didn't until just now was my favorite thing to do fannishly. OT3 TIME NOW!!! I'd honestly put the notion of Martha/Doctor/Rose on the shelf because of the trapped in an alternate universe thing and never really dusted it back off. But if it's possible? OMGAWESOME. Okay, first there is the hawt factor, because I am sometimes shallow as a puddle, so I appreciate this. And then...I just really like the idea of Martha and Rose bonding over their experiences with the Doctor and turning to each other for the things he can't give them, and then that develops to a relationship that is independent of, but shared with, the Doctor and then the three of them have all sorts of adventures together and sometimes it's just two of them and sometimes it's all three but they balance each other out and there is much fun and giggling and hand holding and slapping the Doctor upside the head when he is a git and sometimes they save the universe together.

In my head right now Martha and Rose are cuddled up on the seat thing in the Tardis control room, while Ten is dancing about whacking buttons and throwing his foot up on things and thinking he is very impressive, while they are maybe giggling a bit (with much affection) over him not being quite as impressive as he'd like to think, and then they start gabbing about something else entirely, and he finishes flying them to wherever with a big old flourish and looks over to see they aren't paying attention at all and gets pouty which provokes more laughter which somehow leads to lots of sex right there until hours later when there is blinking and the notion that perhaps they should go explore whatever planet they just landed on. Cue aliens, alien bad guys, running down corridors, explosions, saving the universe, then tea. This is my new happy place.
