Screw winter, I just shaved my head again. I blame ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
vagabondage, Obama, and the UK. Zen, because she shaved her head and rubbing it reminded me of just how soothing a stress relief technique the rubbing of a freshly shaved head is, and why it is one of my favorite coping mechanisms. *pauses to rub own head for a few minutes*. Obama because change is in the air, and there is always a psychological significance to me when I shave my head of starting over fresh, and it felt right to mark that moment. The UK because I didn't get a chance to get a proper haircut with the blue dyeing before I went, and now have reams of photographic evidence of my hair being awful in really cool places, reminding me of why I hate it so much to begin with. And just for kicks I'll blame Hugh Dillon for having a shaved head too and it not being accessible for me to rub.
I'm gonna need some really warm hats.
