Things that are making me happy this morning,

vagabondage, who is awesome for more reasons than I could even list here and who has been my absolute rock through this crap. There could be no better friend to have at your side in good times or bad. From spending hours explaining the history of punk (with much music to fill the iTunes to illustrate) to calling doctor's offices for appointments when all you want to do is crawl under a desk and hide, she is always there. Plus, the chance to real life OTP Zen/Pete is more fun than a barrel of kittens (and JUST AS CUTE). I hereby declare today Zen Appreciation Day. Please celebrate by cranking up your rockingest music and telling everyone you know why Zen is Made of Awesome.
2. OMGVVCYAY! Confirmation e-mail received, attending confirmed. It sold out in four minutes this year, and there is a reason why. Because it is the best con to ever con in the history of cons (not that I'm biased or anything). Waitlist still open, and since many people from the waitlist do get in, you should absolutely go get on it if you wanted to come but were attacked by rabid chimps or something last night and couldn't register.
3. Sleep, blessed sleep. One of the delightful effects with one of the hives meds I'm on is that it knocks me out. My insomnia managed to crack through it just once this last week, and aside from that I've managed to get at least five hours of sleep a night, and many times a whole eight since I started taking it. I love sleep.
