Oh my god, I'm vidding. It's actually nice to have something else to bang my head against and get frustrated and upset over. *clutches and hugs vid angst*
I've hit the messy phase of suckitis, where I actually have a lot on the timeline, but it's not all flowing together yet. And now I have to keep reminding myself that every vid feels like this right before it comes together and forms a proper vid. I've put Ed's manpain on hold, because whatever I finish next is going to Vividcon, and I reckon Premieres will likely have enough angsty manpain without my help. So I'm going for silly, feel good fluff. That is if I can get past my own angst and frustration to finish it. The good news is it is Galaxy Quest, so even if it's utter crap I reckon there's a certain amount of goodwill that comes just with the source that will carry it. Or maybe that's just me. I'd forgive a ton of crap for a GQ vid.
I haven't finished a single vid since last VVC, which bugs me. I know I vid slow, but this is getting ridiculous. I have so many projects that I've started and stopped in the last year that I'm starting to wonder if I've simply forgotten how to finish a vid. Someday someone is going to invent the 'Finish This Vid' button for times like these.
