Whoville

I enjoyed the heck out of the Ninth and Tenth Doctor when I originally watched them but that was pretty much it. I had fun, looked forward to new episodes, didn't really think much about it beyond that. And then...something happened over the last two weeks. I fell in love. With the whole idea of Doctor Who and the history I hadn't yet seen and just...I don't quite know what happened. I've been working on getting my hands on early Doctor and since I'm a completist and like things in order when I've gotten obsessive I'm right now working my way through the First Doctor (cranky, wily old bastard he is). But also I'm thinking more about it and wallowing in the universe in general when I'm just sitting around in my own head.

Got struck with an idea for a Rose vid which means I'm also rewatching Nine and Ten right now and I'm finding myself in that space where sometimes you just have to pause because the love for a show or characters just gets that overwhelming. Y'all, The Doctor travels through time and space in his TARDIS and he has companions and the universe is just so big and wonderful and horrifying and beautiful all at once.
