High altitude baking is TRICKY, you guys. I have pretty much been baking random shit since I moved in here with the super nifty kitchen and...I have yet to get it right. At this point I aim for 'weird but still tasty' and that is mostly what I achieve, but I look forward to the day I get the exact combination of adjustments correct and things come out of the oven being tasty and not weird. It's mostly a texture problem, so I don't even know.
