Things that are making me happy this morning:
1. http://headstonesband.com/. <3 <3 <3 <3. I have been unable to stalk the Youtubes properly due to bandwidth issues, but OH GOD I LOVE THEM SO MUCH. I have decided to optimistically assume that I will get another chance to see them play live, and be up to it when it comes around. I think the universe owes me this.
2. Reports from Gally are always good reminders of how much I love the Whoverse. I tend to back away from thinking about it during hiatus, 'cause it just makes me impatient. And also, lack of new canon tends to make people wanky in my experience and it's not like Who fandom needs help in that arena. However, today I was like OMG IT IS NOT TOO LONG UNTIL WE GET NEW ELEVENTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE (also known as Jake)!!!! And it made me happy.
3. Top Model starts up again this week. What? Shut up. While it is probably the guiltiest of my guilty reality tv pleasures, I love it so freaking much. Tyra Banks is off her fucking rocker, and her battiness is highly entertaining. Also, I love, love, love the photography. While I may have massive issues with the industry and the way they are used, the pictures themselves can be so freaking stunning.
4. Because it's not a day that ends in Y if I don't tell you how adorable the munchkins are, this morning I was telling the niece that she shouldn't have milk because she is congested. When she asked what congestion was, I did my best to explain it. Resulting in her highly affronted look, sigh, and declaration, "Aunt Eunice, that isn't called congestion, it's called BOOGERS." *cracks up forever*

I still haven't seen all the past cycles, like the one with Yoanna House, who I saw years ago on The Look For Less when she took over from Elisabeth Hasselbeck, and wondered who she was because she was adorable but kind of... hmm... not very natural in front of a video camera. And then I found out she won ANTM, and it made sense. Heh.
